    Tea Pick

Stainless Steel & Wood - Tokyo, Japan - Ice Pick

Heavy, dangerous and sharp. You could chip your way out of an ice prison with this Japanese tool, or just be like us and break tea cakes.

    Regular price $20.00

Keep with the theme of using non-tea-specific tools for tea specific situations is this Japanese Ice Pick. This thing is heavy. The base is metal and has a sort of blunt hammer protrusion which you can use for chipping and smashing. The tip is incredibly sharp and of course useful for chipping ice. We love this tool because it feels so incredibly sturdy and again have had it in use for nearly a decade and it honestly looks good as new. Now it is dangerous. I have never hurt myself with it, god forbid anyone does. If you purchase this item you are responsible for your own safety. Use it carefully and wisely and it will be your friend. Carlessly chip away at a cake and you might be getting impaled.
