Chai Your Best

Most chai blends out there in the world are complete nonsense in some way or another. Wether it's old spices, or spices that have been ground ages ago, or questionable conventional ingredients. Don't forget the actual tea, thats almost always an afterthought. It's typically some low grade commodity tea or the dregs of some lesser production. We don't drink anything like that and so we would never serve anything remotely like that. Here we set out to create the best possible chai blend we can, one we would drink ourselves and be proud of. That means all fresh organic and biodynamic ingredients and an expectational loose leaf tea as the base. For the tea we use a loose leaf version of Onwards & Upwards which is ecological red tea from Nepal.
