This is an ecological red tea from the Ilam Region of Nepal. Ilam is Nepal's oldest tea producing region and is situated along the Eastern border of the county in the foothills of the Himalayas. The world's 3rd tallest mountain Kanchenjunga is about 150 miles north of this area. This tea is from a pristine garden, no agrochemicals have ever been used on the land.
