    This is a shou puerh blend made up of older tree material from the Spring of 2020. It was rested for just over a year before being pressed into these 100 gram cakes.

    We would say this tea leans more towards a medium level of fermentation, it is dark but still has a bit of that vibrant almost red tea like character especially in the later steeps. It's warming and easy on the body, a lovely daily drinker.
